First St. Mark Baptist Church

Oh how our hearts are saddened, but We rejoice in the power and majesty of God! Although, Sis. Winnie McClendon (affectionately known as Nip or Lil Winnie’s) presence will be missed, we are assured that God knows what’s best! God’s plans and thoughts are not ours and HE has made preparations for all those who believe and confess the Lord Jesus! As a member she served on the maintenance and improvement committees. We pray for the strength, wisdom and comfort of those that remain: all her children and grandchildren! Lifting up Kenyon who visited the Mark frequently and Kenyle, Kennedy & Noe who were apart of our youth ministry. We also pray for her siblings, her cousins nieces and nephews, her church family and friends! On behalf of our members Sis. Joyce Whitaker, Kwon and Kryshawn, we stand in the gap to be a leaning post in this trying time!
