Supporting the technology infrastructure behind one of Texas's fastest-growing school districts, DBR provided MEP engineering services for the 14,000 square foot renovation of the Conroe Independent School District Network Operations Center in collaboration with Texas Arcadis.

The project included new offices, conference rooms, and a mission-critical control room, along with precision cooling systems for the Data Center Room and UPS/Battery Room, clean agent fire suppression systems, redundant UPS units, emergency generators, and a new normal power distribution system to support reliable operations and long-term resiliency. The renovation also included a new high-efficiency HVAC boiler system to replace existing equipment.

DBR is proud to have supported Conroe ISD through infrastructure improvements that help maintain reliable, resilient operations for students, staff, and campuses across the district.
