At DBR, giving back is one of the many ways we are in the communities we serve.

Since the beginning of the year, our employees have volunteered with Wham - West Houston Assistance Ministries, El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank, Catholic Charities Archdiocese of San Antonio, Central Texas Food Bank, Hermann Park Conservancy, Crossroads Community Services, and Target Hunger, supporting families, seniors, and neighborhoods across Texas.

Together, our teams have packed approximately 20,000 meals and care packages, distributed fresh food to families in need, helped maintain community green spaces, and supported programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Learning doesn't just happen at a desk. 👷‍♀️🏗️

Over the past few weeks, our interns have stepped out of the office and onto project sites to see firsthand how their designs come to life. Site visits are a great opportunity to ask questions, connect the dots between design and construction, and learn from experienced professionals in the field!
