I mixed the okra water with some cold pressed pomegranate juice to help with the texture. He drank it all 🥳

Mind you, we’re also doing a parasite cleanse at the moment because of the full moon.

I had to sit with this question for some time but I had to forgive myself for blaming myself for my son’s regression that lead to his autism diagnosis and his other health issues.

I have a few more things I need to forgive myself for but it’s going to take some time.

He has regressed in a lot of areas especially this past month, but I’m happy to see him retaining his words.

Mali has been having more melt downs, sleep disturbances. Started head banging again and disrobing. Eloping more … it’s probably more but I can’t remember everything right now. I’ll be talking more about it in the coming weeks and I’ll also walk you through how we’ll be getting back to baseline.

Yes just days after announcing my pregnancy I’m back with…

I just want to move past this as quickly as I’m able to. Because I made the announcement, I know there will be questions so I’d rather just update you guys now. Thank you for the support, all the congratulations though short lived were appreciated.
