At Project Path Finder we believe before one can change, he or she must realize change is necessary and have a vision of that change. We may feel we know how and what that change should look like. But if it is only our vision and not that of those we help - those to whom we are providing assistance - our vision is useless. A vision developed by the people we help. We assist families to draw a general picture (vision) of how they would like to change and we help them develop a plan and strategy to achieve their goals and begin their journey on a path that will lead them to a life of success. This is not a journey they will travel alone but we will travel alongside them until they have reached their goals. Project Path Finder will help them realize their potential for change and guide them to their PATH!
