We support grassroots church planters, Christian entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders working in diverse urban communities.

Our primary goal is to impact our city with the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ by training and partnering with multi-ethnic Christian leaders and encouraging them in their outreach to their communities.

One of our leaders found themselves spinning their wheels, working hard but gaining no traction. The effort was there. The hours were there. But something was missing.

The Mission Accelerator changed that. It's a multi-week program designed to help your dream and your faith start working together.

Interested in learning more? Join us for the Explore Workshop, a free way to experience the Mission Accelerator firsthand. January 24 from 9:30 - 11:30 AM at Trinity Downtown. Hear from leaders who've been through the program and start getting clear on who God is calling you to serve.

This Christmas Day, we're sharing a message from one of our LINC Houston leaders, Rev. Angel Olvera, who is sowing the seeds of faith in our city through his church Iglesia Camino Nuevo:

"Let us thank the Creator for coming into the world to reconnect us to the Throne of Grace through the cross."

We couldn't say it better ourselves.

Merry Christmas, Houston.

Hunger. Homelessness. Human trafficking.

All ail our city. But LINC Houston's leaders—pictured and unpictured—comprised of church planters, nonprofit founders, and entrepreneurs, are bringing healing to the city through the Gospel.

At our leader appreciation dinner last week, our leaders shared how God is working in their personal and ministry lives. We are honored to walk alongside these men and women in their journeys.

Such a blessing catching up over lunch with Mark Junkans today. He started LINC years ago, and his impact is still felt in leaders and communities all around us.
What means the most is that he still shows up listening, encouraging, and walking with us. Grateful for his example and friendship 🙌

🌟 Campamento 2025 — Raising up the next generation! 🌟

In May, Pastor Alfredo Gonzalez the team at Vida Nueva Church poured their hearts into Campamento 2025, creating a Christ-centered space where children encountered God’s love in unforgettable ways.

At LINC, our mission is “to equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:12)—and that includes walking alongside leaders who are investing in young lives.

Thank you, Vida Nueva, for showing what faithful leadership looks like—one child at a time. 💛

“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news.” (Romans 10:15)

At LINC Houston, we walk alongside local leaders who are bringing the Gospel to their communities—one conversation, one act of service, one neighborhood at a time.

"If even one person is impacted, it’s worth it.” – Pastor Abel Araya

Here are City Director Pastor Abel Araya, Julieth Giraldo, and Katricia Lang at this week’s Builder Cohort session. Whether launching a ministry, serving the immigrant community, or creating faith-filled stories—our leaders are learning that true impact is measured in lives changed and hearts transformed. 🙌

Please keep all the leaders and guides in the Builder initiative in your prayers as they continue to walk forward in faith.

Look at the Mission Builder in action! We love seeing leaders like Monique Lagos and Debbie Mendez (Breaking Boundaries Children’s Ministry) lean in, collaborate, and build together. These sessions are full of wisdom, laughter, and prayer.

Pedro Pleitez, a LINC Leader, is in the early stages of launching Iron Faith Brotherhood—a ministry dedicated to walking alongside men who have experienced trauma, addiction, incarceration, divorce, or the challenges of military service: “all men who suffer,” he says.

His vision includes faith-based mentorship, emotional healing, and physical renewal through fellowship, Bible study, and fitness—helping men build strength in body, mind, and spirit.

Please keep him in prayer as he lays the foundation for this impactful new venture.

🔥 Unit 1 of the LINC Mission Accelerator 🔥

Last weekend, we kicked off Unit 1: Identifying the Mission in the LINC Mission Accelerator! 🙌 Our participants took a deep dive into discovering their God-given mission, reflecting on their calling, and engaging in meaningful discussions about how to serve their communities.

We were blessed to have Rev. Moreno as our guest speaker, sharing his wisdom and encouragement with our cohort. Thank you, Rev. Moreno, for inspiring our leaders as they take their first steps in this journey!

📸 Check out some highlights from the session!

We’re excited to continue this journey—because when leaders grow, communities thrive!
