Ryden Architecture located in Garden Oaks/Oak Forest has positions open for new architectural hires. We are seeking candidates interested in the practice of commercial and institutional architecture in a small studio-based office environment. All positions come with insurance and retirement benefits, flexible live/work schedule and relaxed, but professional work environment.
Architectural Interns (Levels 1-3)
1-5 years experience
Have a positive and collaborative approach to understanding and delivering project demands and corporate processes
Must be experienced in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and 3D Studio Max
Project Manager/Project Architect
8-15 years based on previous experience
Overseeing design and construction documentation and coordination of projects
Licensure a plus but not required
Must be experienced in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and 3D Studio Max

Ryden Architecture is seeking the employment of an Intern Architect with 3 -8 years of experience and pursuing their licensure through the IDP. Duties include in-office design and management on a wide array of variety of projects and project types. Functioning as a studio, members of the firm experience all aspects of each project, including client meetings, schematic design, preparation of construction documents and construction administration.
Responsibilities:
Documentation of existing buildings
Participate in client meetings
Schematic Design and Construction Document production
Provide & assist with Construction Administration
Participate in construction site visits
Qualifications:
Architectural Degree from Accredited Institution
At least three years of experience in an architectural office
Proficient in AutoCAD 2014 or newer, along with SketchUp
Rudimentary knowledge of the International Building Code
Pursuing architectural licensure

Working Conditions:
Open office of three amiable and team focused employees.
8:30-5:30 office day with some flexibility and occasional overtime
