🧾 What Is the Texas Freedom Voucher?
The Texas Freedom Voucher (also known as an Education Savings Account or ESA) allows eligible parents to
direct approved state funds toward their child’s education at participating schools like ours.
Funds may be used for: - Tuition and fees - Approved educational materials - Other qualifying educationrelated
expenses (as defined by the state)

Home Beginning February 4, 2026, parents can submit applications for the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program. Education freedom accounts are designed to open doors, expand opportunities, and give each Texas child the chance to learn in the environment that fits them best.

Due to the inclement weather forecast for our area over the weekend, EMLC has scheduled a closure for Monday, January 26th, 2026.
