Starting on the road to renovation is an easy process when you choose to work with our team The process starts with the Complimentary In-Home Consultation where one of our design team members will come out to your home and review with you the area(s) that you want to renovate. Taking measurements, accessing the job site conditions and asking you key questions which have been formulated to help us with the assessment - some of the questions are about your style, color preferences and overall aesthetics; are part of the process to help us create a custom designed plan. Next; we will set up a showroom consultation where you will be able to view a computer rendered design concept and a material board for each room of your renovation. Our goal is to create cohesive designs, coordinated color schemes and space planning suited to accommodate any special requests or requirements; such as Accessible Living. One the major benefits of working with Houston Design Studio is our ability to handle your entire renovation in house. 1. Make all of your material selections from showroom which offers an extensive selection of cabinets, tiles, flooring, counter tops and specialty items. 2. A dedicated project manager who oversees and coordinates all aspects of the construction & installation process. Daily project updates and an Online job scheduler showing you project goals, milestones and completion date 3. ADDITIONAL SAVINGS - by using our DESIGN & BUILD service, the Interior Design charge is Free and the materials purchased are billed at our Trade Discount rate. 4.
