Join us on Saturday, June 6 from 11 AM to 5 PM for our Kick-off to Summer Adoption Event! Thanks to the incredible support of West Houston Subaru, ALL adoption fees will be sponsored 100% for the day.

Spend the day enjoying music, games, snacks, local vendors, and, of course, lots of adorable adoptable pets looking for loving homes. From playful puppies and kittens to wonderful dogs, cats, and more, your perfect match could be waiting for you at CAP.

Our June Dogs & Donuts event has been canceled as our team prepares for an exciting upcoming event happening the same day. While we're sad to miss out on donuts and dog cuddles this month, we're hard at work getting everything ready and can't wait to share what's in store!

Our Summer Lovin’ Mega Adoption Event is happening ALL June and July at CAP! Thanks to our amazing friends at West Houston Subaru, all adoption fees are 50% OFF for two whole months! 🐶🐱

That means more wagging tails, happy purrs, and more lives saved this summer. Whether you’re looking for a playful puppy, a cuddly kitten, or a loyal best friend, your perfect match could be waiting for you.

Every adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, a microchip, and a lifetime of love. 🐾

Last Thursday, 22 shelter animals found loving homes at our adoption event with DNV ! 🎉🐾

Thanks to the incredible support of our community and our wonderful sponsor for the day, 14 cats, 5 dogs, 2 rabbits, and 1 guinea pig all started their Happy Beginnings. 💙

Heads up, animal lovers! 🐾

In observance of Memorial Day, CAP’s shelter will be opening early next Monday! Instead of opening at 1 PM, the shelter will open at 11 AM.

We look forward to seeing you and helping more pets find loving homes this holiday weekend. ❤️

This year, West Houston Subaru presented CAP with a generous donation totaling $77,083 to help provide food, shelter, medical care, and second chances for homeless animals in our community.
