Y'all there is one thing I will happily fall off my meal planning for time after time, every season without fail!

I love the bugs even if they don't always exactly love me back. But I'm going to share my homemade shake that gets me back on track and tummy settled. 😌 Only because I like ya'll so much. πŸ˜‰
My kids even drink it and say it taste like mint chocolate. πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

HELPING MY CLIENTS REACH THEIR GOALS AND WIN IN LIFE

I've often had to help my clients readjust to find the right goals to fit their individual health needs.

● Sometimes, it wasn't about the scale, the goal was really increased self-esteem and feeling confident.
● Sometimes, feeling strong meant strong enough to leave an abusive boyfriend.
● Sometimes, eating right meant learning how to overcome food ideas that resulted in disorders and self harm.
● Sometimes "gains" meant learning that it's not just what to eat but that it's good to eat and refuel and not go hungry.
● Sometimes, the goal was actually about feeling better, quitting drinking till sick and really care for the body on a whole.
● Sometimes, the goal was to overcome telling yourself what you can't do and show yourself what you can do.

Whatever it takes, I help my clients find a healthier whole

My Transformation didn't happen overnight, But by consistency every day. And it WASN'T ABOUT THE SCALE !

These pictures are only 5 lbs apart❗️❗️
The bottom was at highest weight ever, but depressed and defeated.
The top picture is today, healthy physically and mentally strong, 92 % muscle mass, body composition and mindset the best it's been in my adult lifetime!! πŸ’ͺπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

My Goal was never about a number, but about a journey to a better me.
