CHIA SEED HAIR PUDDING FOR HAIR LOSS & THINNING✨ All you’re going to need for this easy recipe is 1/2-1 cup of organic chia seeds. 2 1/2 cups of spring or distilled water. Mix and let seeds soak for 10-15 minutes. Then pulse blend in a blender for 3-4 minutes. Now strain. Melt raw shea butter, then refrigerate for 20 minutes. Mix chia seed gel and cooled shea butter. Blend until creamy. You can make this pudding your own by adding any essential oils of your choice. I added rosemary + tea tree oil with @puremajiknaturals hair growth oil. This smells absolutely amazing and works soo good!
