That interesting part that's stubborn too😄
After missing the 3rd day, I didn't want to miss another one. But practicing when tired is a whole other challenge😅
I have noticed that I do lots of upper body movements, which I feel are unnecessary at times😄
I also have the tendency of not starting with the bow on the string🤦🏾♂️ but I guess that's why we practice. I'll revisit my basics one(actually some🤗) of these days!!
