In my line of work, I’ve observed that the organizations that consistently win are not always the ones with the biggest budgets, the best ideas, or the most talented leaders, they are the ones with the best teams.
I’ve learned that great leaders build great teams, and great teams build great organizations. At the end of the day, the best company, business, idea, vision, or organization wins because it has the best team behind it.
A vision without a team is only a dream. A strategy without a team is only a document. The best teams understand that success is not about individual achievement but collective accomplishment.
