At Bachfest Leipzig (June 11–21), the audience selected the Top 50 Bach Cantatas, counting down from #50 to #1 in a unique 12-concert series! 🎶
This year's theme, "In Dialogue," also celebrates the 300th anniversary of Bach's Clavier-Übung, featuring renowned artists including Sir András Schiff.

🌬️🌍 Global Wind Day
Wind energy is powering the global energy transition — and both Germany and Texas are among the leading regions worldwide. 🇩🇪🇺🇸
🇩🇪 Germany generates roughly ~140–150 TWh of wind power annually, with wind accounting for about ~30% of its electricity mix in recent years, supported by extensive onshore expansion and growing offshore capacity in the North and Baltic Seas.
🇺🇸 Texas leads the United States in wind energy, producing over ~130 TWh annually and operating more than 40 GW of installed wind capacity, making it one of the largest wind power systems in the world.
Together, these two regions show how large-scale wind deployment drives innovation, energy security, and the global transition toward cleaner power. 💨⚡

🇺🇸 On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress adopted the Stars and Stripes as the official flag of the United States.
Today, we celebrate Flag Day, honoring a symbol that has accompanied the nation through its history for nearly 250 years.
Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸
