This small but powerful book will teach you how to make accountability the glue that ties your commitment to your goals.
Most people intuitively know that being accountability to someone else is a good and productive thing. But unfortunately most people don't know how to implement that for their freedom. This book not only outlines the "why" of accountability, but also the "how to" of accountability.
Have you been bound by habits that you can’t seem to overcome? Do you have goals you want to obtain and just can’t seem to reach them? Do you seem to get stuck when it comes to maintaining good habits? Do you want to live life to the fullest? If you answered yes to any of these, then this book is for you!
Find out why accountability could be the missing piece to achieving your goals. You are worth the investment!

Today I’m keeping it simple.
Not everything is your assignment. If all you do is say yes to everything and jump on the bandwagon for every single thing that comes your way, you are not going to have any time to focus on your assignment.
Learn to say no when necessary. You cannot be everything to everyone.
Focus…..Seek direction from God.

If you’re in a dark place and feeling low and perhaps even a bit hopeless, I encourage you to not quit, and to remember that GOD is your strength.
People will let you down.
You will get hurt on this journey and may even feel the affects of a betrayal.
Perhaps the marriage didn’t turn out like you thought it would, and now you’re left picking up the pieces.
Sickness has taken over and you can’t get around like you used to.
There are many different scenarios that people are dealing with today. It can indeed make one feel depressed, anxious, and fearful.
But again I encourage you to not quit, and to remember that GOD is your strength.
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” IS 41:10
“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” IS 40:31

Sleepless nights,
Tear-stained pillows,
Anxious thoughts running through your head, and perhaps you’re dreading the news today…
If you’re feeling heavy hearted, turn to Jesus. Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
If you’re feeling anxious, turn to Jesus.
1 Peter 5:6-7
“Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.”
Remember God still has a plan.
Jeremiah 29:11-14
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord…”

It started with school supplies and other small treasures. When my mom saw the new objects in my possession, I would tell her, “I found this fancy pencil on the ground,” or “My friend Karli gave this bracelet to me.” She didn’t know I was lying to her for nearly a year—until I couldn’t take the guilt anymore and bawled my way through a complete confession. Finally, Mom looked me in the eyes and told me that she wasn’t mad at me but disappointed. I was reminded of this ordeal when I saw these words written by Dr. Stanley: “For many years I was afraid of disappointing God by not performing up to His high standards (whatever those were), but now I know we cannot disappoint God.” I used to believe that when I had sinned, it brought my heavenly “parent” down in disappointment as well. But Dr. Stanley goes on to explain that if God was able to be disappointed by us, then His love would be conditional, and we are told in the Bible that the exact opposite is true. If He was brought down by our iniquities, He would not be who He claims to be. God wants us to stay far away from sin, not because He likes having rules but because it separates us from Him. Sometimes, if I’m not careful, I still tell “little white lies.” It’s easy to feel as if I’ve let God down, but I remind myself that what matters most is to keep sin from coming between Him and me. When I falter, the Lord forgives me, and in the end, the worst lie of all is one we tell ourselves—that anything we do could ever separate us from the love Christ (Rom. 8:38-39).
