It's a little surreal seeing your name in a headline like "Yonni Is the Guy."

I'm grateful to Loyd Ford and the team at Rainmaker Pathway for taking the time to share my story, but what I enjoyed even more was the conversation behind it. One thing I've learned is that great leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about staying curious, investing in people, and never being too experienced to keep learning.
