We have had one in our house for almost 4 years now and love it! You can have up to 5 profiles do each of us (including our kids) can track our workouts and progress. We bought an extra one for our bike shop so customers could see it and try it out and order their own but since the shop is closed we have an extra one which is basically brand new.

We love all the riding programs, the boys love the scenic rides (basically POV through some of the prettiest places in the world)

You technically need the BODi membership to use all the features and videos ($100-$170/ year) which is a lot less than peloton and you get a lot more features. The membership includes all the new BODi workout programs (and classic ones like p90x) and great eating programs! 1 year update: I have been using LH4s on my bikes for almost a year now and have loved them. Tons of power and bite (love the bite point adjustment pictured to move the pads closer to the rotor). Ive only bled them to swap bikes and they have been trouble free and look fantastic. Quality and fit and finish are great especially at this price point!
