We've had our eye on the growing Spring Branch neighborhood of Houston for a while, and we're excited to announce 1223 Witte Rd @ Westview. A 16,000 SF tract with a beautiful retro 2,000 SF 1950's service station that we can't wait to renovate and restore. Primed for a great neighborhood bar and restaurant, we are honored to be working in this diverse, bustling Houston community.

“We stand on the shoulders of giants.” The world lost a great man yesterday as visionary real estate developer Gerald Hines passed away. Mr. Hines toured Revive’s Stomping Grounds project earlier this spring and as we described the large green space surrounded by restaurant and retail, he looked up at us and remarked, “well how do you think I was able to lease a basement in Texas (in the Galleria)? An ice rink.” We’ll never forget his impact on this city we love. His vision lives on. Our thoughts are with the Hines family and all the employees and friends whose lives he touched. Rest In Peace, Mr. Hines.
