Warehouse Operator Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations
Work under supervision and direction of Plant Manager
Help to efficiently carryout all product loading and unloading tasks
Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
Unload, stack, move, and place products in appropriately designated areas
Perform detailed manual inventory counts
Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
Stack, shelve, and stage items for storage and shipment as necessary
Fulfill and track outgoing orders
Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment
Double-check items to verify accuracy of outgoing orders
Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in working order
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to upper management
Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures
Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times
Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently according to company protocol
Work with other team members to effectively complete assigned tasks

Assisting the Quality Manager in day operations, maintaining quality requirements for the work performed, generating and auditing paperwork, documenting that work, and various other tasks to ensure quality standards are being followed.

The Assistant Quality Control will lead a team of employees in the production of the operations to ensure the company delivers the best value while supporting innovation and meeting required food safety compliance requirements.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Report any food safety and quality issues/problems to personnel authority to initiate action.
