Through education, self-reflection, and skill-building, participants learn healthier ways to communicate, manage emotions, and build relationships.

AVDA invites you to our healthy relationships summit discussing what healthy relationships should look like, what abuse is and how it can affect our relationships, and resources to help ourselves and others. This is an interactive event with group activities. Lunch is provided.
