Introducing our latest 900 sq. ft. ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) project. The challenge: transforming a pre-existing metal structure—originally used as a workspace and storage—into a fully habitable, comfortable, and sophisticated residence.

Through strategic spatial planning, we successfully integrated contemporary finishes into an industrial envelope, proving that architectural versatility knows no bounds.

Typology: Metal Building Conversion / ADU.
Size: 900 sq. ft.
Concept: Functional Modernism.

Presentamos nuestro más reciente proyecto de ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) de 900 sq. ft. El desafío: transformar una estructura metálica preexistente, originalmente utilizada como área de trabajo, en una residencia completamente habitable, cómoda y sofisticada.

Mediante una planificación espacial estratégica, logramos integrar acabados contemporáneos en una envolvente industrial, demostrando que la versatilidad arquitectónica no tiene límites.

Concepto: Modernismo funcional.

This house was built in 1940, now the new owners have decided to remodel it and make an addition.

It is a small house with a typical style of that time in the city of Houston, which will be preserved.
