I find it amazing that those I have a real affection for are the same that have shown they care about this country. Like a 5th sense, I knew before.
Nearly one-quarter of prospective first-time homebuyers say they are waiting until after the election to purchase a home. Additionally, homeowners are more likely to believe Trump is the best candidate for keeping home values high versus Harris, according to a Redfin survey fielded last month...
The ony time it is of real value for the prices to be high is when you are selling... as long as there are buyers acccepting the high rate... The real problem for everyone else is...the higher the value, the higher the taxes and insurance... why would anyone want their home value to stay high now?????

Fast-foodflation is taking a toll on America’s favorite side order. In response to a pullback on fries ordering, the largest fry producer in North America, Lamb Weston, is closing one of its plants and laying off the 375 people who worked there, about 4% of its total staff, CNN reported this week.
