Today I got the chance to teach a recipe very special to me. My moms chilaquiles! I had the chance to tell the story behind to people around the world and I am grateful for that! 🇲🇽

Thin spaghetti, cucumber, carrots, red pepper, edamames, cilantro macadamia and black sesame with a dressing made with soy sauce, tahini, lime, ginger, sriracha and honey.

It was cold but sunny, so ceviche for lunch 😎
