Action Speaks.

Through Action Speaks, redM, our corporate partners, and communities have created and delivered more than 3,600 care packages.

But the impact is about much more than what goes into a bag.

Each package includes a personal note of encouragement for someone being exploited or taking steps away from “The Life.” For many, exploitation has meant not being able to keep the money they earn, having their choices controlled, and repeatedly hearing one powerful lie:

“Nobody cares about you but us.”

A handwritten note from someone they have never met can challenge that lie.

You matter.
Someone sees you.
Someone cares.
There are people standing with you.

Action Speaks also changes the person packing the bag. It connects our employees, families, and communities to practical information about human trafficking and how we can better protect the people around us. And it gives each person a simple, tangible way to act.

One care package. One personal note. One human being reaching toward another.

Sometimes an act of care says more than we realize.

The Baker Hughes team in Houston rolled up their sleeves for an Action Speaks event and filled care kits for The Landing. Water bottles, snacks and notes of encouragement, packed by people who decided to show up.

redM Executive Leaders like Jason Duff are like many of our executives who lead in redM.

He understands that he has a positive impact he can make because of his position in a massive company like Ernst and Young, or his previous long career with IBM. He is busy - but his small time gifts have massive impact because of his position in industry.

We all get positions and have to awaken to the purpose of that influence beyond our companies and in benefit and alignment to their social goals.

While in redM he took up@one of our executive board positions on .14 bringing much needed support and skills to an amazing overcomer of trafficking experience support organization.

redM has a long history with Houston Airport System collaborating to have more than education or signage but to actually have motivated and supported employees who report when the see the signs. The results have been outstanding thanks to our close collaboration with Saba Abashawl during her tenure in the organization.
