New Web Controlled module includes 16-ch Relay, 16-ch Isolated Digital Input, 8-ch Analog Input and 2 Event Counters.
Intelligent-Appliance has announced their new Multi-Function TCP/IP Controller card, the IA-3116-EA8-P that includes Relays, Isolated Digital Inputs, Analog Inputs, Event Counters, Digital Filter, Auto Report on Input State Change and more.
The Ethernet port enables a fast implementation into a local network or a remote one, enabling easy monitoring and control by PC computer or Mobile device, by wire, wireless or through the Internet.
The Analog input channels are of 12bit resolution with three Voltage Range of 5V, 10V and 20V and a Current Input Range of 4-20mA. 2 out of 8 channels might be used as Current input or 0-5VDC Voltage input.
The Isolated Digital Inputs has two operation modes. They can make use of an internal Opto-Isolators power source, supporting Dry-Contact, Logic Devices and PNP/NPN sensors or by External power source in the range of 5 to 40 Volts.
There are two kinds of relays that were installed into the card. 12 SPST kind relays and 4 SPDT kind relay. The Normally Open contact rating, on both relay kinds, is 5Amp while the Normally Closed contact rating is 3Amp. All relays are Voltage Protected by Voltage Suppressors and all relay outputs are provided to the user through quick pluggable Screw Blocks.
Microsoft DOT.net Library, Open Source code examples and operation utilities are being attached to each card, to simplify and shorten its implementation stage.
The IA-3116-EA8-P Multifunction Controller may be easily used as a Web operated Relay Controller, Factory Floor Monitor and Control and as a Home Automation interface with free Mobile Application Programs.
