Personalysis certifies people all over the world to use the Report in their organizations and with their clients. Our certification programs are offered on a quarterly basis. Those who complete the training may now claim 15 total CEU units with ATD and SHRM. This is nearly half of the required units for some accrediting organizations. Our learning programs in conjunction with our assessment are monumentally effective and aligns well with the expectations of SHRM and ATD

Courses beyond certification will also offer CEU credits. And, we will add other accrediting bodies for CEUs soon. As we continue to grow our reach we will seek new ways to serve our practitioner community. Some of the exciting initiatives currently underway include:
• The publication of the company’s first book
• Soon to be announced program on using the Team Profile
• The creation of customized services to first responders and law enforcement officials
• Targeted outreach to serve more non-profit organizations
• The development of innovative key-note programming

Had an incredible kick off to 2024 with Our own Dr. Coffey was back on Girl Scout Lane to deep dive with this incredible team.

In the early days of Personalysis one of our major clients was a real estate conglomerate. They wanted to find out what made a top producing agent. We analyzed the profiles of hundreds of top preforming agents, and you know what we learned? There was no common profile. There was no one color theme that made a top producer, rather it was the ability of the producer to lean into their color gifts and use them wisely to their advantage that made them “top”. There is not one right way to be human. The right way is the way that is right for you.

Do you struggle to communicate with some people? There is more going on than you think. The door opens from the inside and it has a lot to do with our social style of personality and how this relates to our instinctive need.

We spent the day yesterday working with the Girl Coalition staff. This social innovation start up inspired by the is making big moves for girls in communities all across their state. It was a privilege to hold space for their staff as they learned how to use to work better, together.

This past week we moved offices! We are just down the way in a beautiful new building that can accommodate all of our behind the scenes work that goes on to make sure our client experiences are top notch.
