We'd like to thank H-E-B for their continued support for the Annual Publishing Contest! Their sponsorship has made it possible for hundreds of student writers and artists across the world to enter the contest and see their work published.

We are down to the final days to enter the contest, be sure to submit your short story, poem, or cover art by June 15!

Due to some technical difficulties on our website, we have extended the deadline for the Annual Publishing Contest! Students can now submit their work up until June 15, 2026.

This year, we hosted at raffle during our attendance at TLA2026, where one school would receive 1,000 books for their students! Our winner was Golden Acres Elementary School! We are so happy to have provided summer reading books to students as they wrap up the school year.

At iWRITE, our greatest joy comes from working with librarians! We'd like to spotlight last year's Educator of the Year, Urania Chambers, who is the librarian at Goodman Elementary implementing the "i" The Guy Journal Program.

Shop til you drop at the Pop-Up Shop Pre-Party at Bubbles and Bingo! A fabulous array of local businesses will be present with incredible finds and items that are sure to delight. The Pre-Party will begin at 10:30am on February 20th at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston!
