Chef David’s mom always ordered the same dessert everywhere they went. Something simple: two scoops of homemade vanilla ice cream, crispy meringue, hot chocolate sauce, vanilla whipped cream and toasted almond. Now you can enjoy it too! It’s the perfect dessert to cool down on a hot day. Chef David named in in her honor “La mamounette” which is what him and his brother affectionately nicknamed their mother.

What’s for lunch? How about our Eggplant & rosemary ricotta cannelloni !?. 🌿
Slow-roasted eggplant, ricotta whipped with fresh rosemary, rolled in pasta, finished with good olive oil and a tomato chutney that does most of the talking.
