When the original builder does not follow engineering plans, Tryon Homes comes to the rescue and installs a structural column to support the integrity of the home.

We were able to get creative and integrate the structural column within the multi-sliding glass doors, allowing for a safe and welcoming space.

The stucco is as good as new! It took a lot of demo, re-framing, and water proofing, but it was worth saving the integrity of this beautiful home.

Take a look at our new Rescue Project. One of our first items to tackle on the list of repairs for this Houston home was to replace the ceiling above the patio. While demoing the original ceiling (picture #2) the boards began collapsing to the floor. Upon inspection, we found the ceiling to be made up of bamboo floors intended for inside use only.

Tryon Homes came to the rescue and constructed a brand new ceiling (picture #1). Not only did we fix the aesthetics of this ceiling, but we provided our clients with a sense of safety and comfort. Now they can use this space without fear of the ceiling bowing and collapsing.
