The sweetest thing was delivered to me this evening. A 4th grade piano student in San Antonio drew Clocky on a poster! And she had all the students testing at the NFMC theory test sign it. Today had been a rough day. This sure lifted my spirits!
We shipped nine boxes of Theory Time workbooks to Amazon last week. The boxes arrived in Dallas, which is where the Amazon warehouse is, but were then misdirected to somewhere in East Texas and lost by UPS. It appears that the boxes have finally been located and delivered. Now we hope Amazon accepts them into inventory bc they are arriving after the Amazon due date. Stranger things have happened. (Yes, Amazon is aware that UPS lost the shipment.) We apologize for the inconvenience as this error has been totally out of our hands. It will take Amazon a few days to scan everything into inventory, but hopefully this problem will be resolved soon. In the meantime, please order from your local music dealer or from theorytimedotcom.
We want to give everyone a heads up about mail delivery problems the US Postal Service (USPS) is having nationwide. We're evaluating alternatives on how to resolve the shipping delays that impact our customers. We appreciate your patience as this problem continues to get worked out by USPS. If anyone places an e-commerce order on the Theory Time website, (now or at least in the short-term), it would be best to choose a UPS or Fed Ex option. We've historically done a high volume of shipping with USPS, but we have no control over USPS delays so we believe it is prudent to use other options until this is resolved nationwide.
