Good Works Collective

The coaching relationship is the most essential relationship our Leaders experience throughout the program. Coaches take the time to truly know each Leader so they can help guide them into the Skill Track that best fits their gifts and long-term vision. Our Coaches advocate for Leaders daily, walking alongside them through both victories and setbacks. They are our Leaders' biggest cheerleaders!! Our program would not be possible without our Coaches.

A group from Houston's First Baptist volunteered on Mock Interview Day with Cohort 5 and it was a HUGE success. Thank you to all of our volunteers who buy into our mission and love our Leaders well. We can't do this without you!

Our Cohort 5 CNA's have begun their training at Rosewood and they are LOVING IT. One step closer to new careers!

And just like that, Cohort 5 has moved into Skill Track to officially start their career training.

A Community Group from Grace Bible Church sponsored a Family Gathering meal this week and we LOVED having them join us for a night of fellowship and line dancing! We love to see the community come alongside our Leaders to support and encourage their next steps. THANK YOU!!
