Many people think flipping real estate is passive; although lucrative it’s not passive. UNLESS you make it a short-term rental (Airbnb). It’s the most passive you can get as a GP. Don’t become an NFL agent if you only care about the glitz, glam, or money. Get into this if you absolutely want to bring value and assistance to current and future NFL players. Hopefully this help many of you that are looking to enter this space. Please refer to NFLPA website for more details as thing change and I may have missed a point or two!

I get it…sometimes the school you went to doesn’t fit you anymore. But transferring every time there is a problem does the complete opposite for your NFL draft stock. My advice: try to make it work and transfer for the highest and best fit not the highest paycheck. DM me if you or your son is considering transferring when the portal opens (football only).
