Spring Branch Management District
Our goal is to make the Spring Branch District a premier business and residential location in the "Heart of Houston." Visit our website: http://www.sbmd.org
The Spring Branch Management District was created by the Texas Legislature in 2003 to provide supplemental programs and public services related to mobility, safety, urban design, and economic development. We enhance commerce, public safety, public health, commercial corridor upkeep and other qualities of life in the District. Today, the district is taking action on many fronts to create a safer, cleaner, and more prosperous community for those who live and work here.
