I always speak about performance from a championship perspective

Here is the truth

Talent can hide a whole lot of problems. A gifted athlete may improve regardless of the system.

The real test is what happens to the athlete who struggles, lacks confidence, or gets overlooked.

The goal was never to create one star.

The goal is to give coaches a larger pool of athletes they can trust when the game is on the line.

A coaching system is judged by how much it elevates the entire chain.

It’s never been the effort problem

Direction is a huge problem that I see alot of athletes and high performers struggle with.

A wheel stuck in the mud can spin all day and never live an inch.

More exercises
The “burn”
More sweat
More excess
More motivation

& none of that guarantee you progress in the slightest

ANYONE.. and I mean anyone can get you tired.

The real question is … are you any closer to where YOU want to go?

Or are they just keeping you busy?

I didn’t know you signed up for adult daycare..

We are past the point of if you’ll work hard, your coach isn’t there for that.

A coach is there to make sure you reach your destination.

Another drill
Another corrective
Another workout

Another “hack”

But here is the real question ..
Is it moving YOU forward?

Motion and momentum are not the same thing

A wheel 🛞 stuck in the mud and can all day

All that effort
All that “want to”

Don’t meant that mf is gonna go anywhere

Zero progress

Most athletes and adults don’t need more exercises.

Athletes don’t really have an exercise problem

They have a decision problem.

A cue that works for one athlete can create problems for another.

A program that helps one person improve can hold another person back.

That’s why copying what worked for someone else often leads to frustration and stalled progression.

The goal isn’t to memorize more exercise…

The goal is to understand what YOU need to do .. RIGHT NOW.

Most athletes think hydration starts when practice begins.

I’d definitely doesn’t

Hydration is the accumulation of decisions made over multiple days

The challenge is that no two programs train the same

Some athletes train twice per day

Some train in extreme heat

Some have additional lifting, skill sessions, conditioning, or competition demands,

There is no universal standard

What remains constant is physiology

Even small levels of dehydration can compound overtime messing up

Reaction time
Endurance
Power output
Recovery
And your overall performance

The athlete who champions hydration consistently has the competitive advantage before practice even starts.

In today’s NIL era, athletic development is no longer something that you leave to chance.
