As a locator, Pete has helped hundreds of Houstonians with rental issues get into an apartment. He also noticed the extensive restrictions and guidelines that more and more apartment communities were implementing. Realizing thousands would soon not be able to find an apartment to accept them, and would end up either homeless, in a motel, or on a friend’s couch, the idea behind Done Deal was born.
Pete designed Done Deal as backing for his clients, however, also as a guarantee and benefit for the Partner Properties who would accept them. Pete, as a locator has helped hundreds of individuals who he believed worthy of a second or even a third chance, and hopes to help thousands more through Done Deal and its’ Partner Properties.
