Apple Warns of Three 0-Day Vulnerabilities Actively Exploited in Attacks Apple has issued an urgent security advisory concerning three critical zero-day vulnerabilities that have been actively exploited.

There is a very high chance your name, address, phone number, SSN, and DOB have been stolen by hackers in the latest "National Public Data". National Public Data, is a data broker company that performs employee background checks and has a massive database of sensitive information on US citizens. They were hacked starting in December 2023.

The best protection for now is to FREEZE your credit. Credit monitoring is good but more reactive when a credit freeze is proactive.
There are 3 companies that a credit freeze needs to be placed on
-Trans Union
-Experian
-Equifax.

All of them can be frozen from their online sites or by calling them by phone.

You may or may not know - but
Cyber Security company Crowdstrike published a silent update last night which caused every system to crash or BSOD.
The fix for this requires a manual intervention on the system. Someone to physically go up to every device and modify settings.
Things to note. This isn't a widespread compromise. The fix is as follows:
1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode or WRE.
2. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike
3. Locate and delete file matching "C-00000291*.sys"
4. Boot normally.

The systems you use daily are most likely affected in someway, shape or form.
