Anderson Blasting

Practice day at Kenlee’s first ever Loretta Lynn MX race was today and racing starts tomorrow! Practice did not go as planned, had some bike issues, but think we got it taken care of. We’ll test it in the morning and then she’ll race her first moto tomorrow at 4:30pm.
Kenlee has put in lots of training and she’s ready to go out and have some fun!

Sweet idea!

We didn’t do any blasting this week but we had a BLAST!! Love watching my daughter get better every time she rides!!

What a day on this nova! By far the worst one I’ve ever seen or done! Bondo on bondo on more bondo! This thing was putting up a fight the whole day but we got her done after 13 hours of blasting! On to the next one!

Nova came in to blast and working on the never ending Chevelle!! Fitting a tail light housing to a quarter that was put on wrong is no easy task especially when you have to work with what somebody else has already done!

Finally knocked out this c10!! Tailgate alone had probably 2 gallons of body filler!! This truck was blasted before and they had a good thing going till they didn’t pull any and I mean any dents!! If I had to guess it 15-20 gallons of bondo on it!! Oh well on to the next one!!

This old 65 Fj40 sure has transformed since we first took it in at the shop!!

Gotta love it when people take that extra step to do a stellar job and opt to use the closed cell foam instead of that cheap open cell junk!!!! 😂🤣🤣

This hood had come open and bent backwards when it hit the window of the 65 Fj40 I have been working on. After many hours of manipulating the metal to get it as close as possible to it’s original shape and a few coats of filler I think it’s ready for it’s first coat of primer. 

First coat of epoxy primer is on.
