She has also completed school district training in dyslexia intervention and will undergo additional training and follow up sessions through the academic term. Patricia is a certified teacher, (bilingual/ESL, PK-6th), with a B.A. in French and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin, maintains fluency in both languages, and holds a M. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Houston. Assessments are given periodically along with some assignments to help students meet learning objectives. She has a passion for teaching reading and helping students progress in school!
