TPC Group

Behind every strong safety culture are leaders willing to speak up and step in. Safety committees create space for better conversations, stronger accountability and continuous improvement across our sites. At TPC Group, stepping into these roles helps build confidence in the field, strengthen how teams work together and keep the GoalZERO mindset moving forward. Thank you to our Safety Committee Chairs at our Houston Operations for leading by example.

Through the TPC All For One Foundation, Port Neches Operations employees support the Port Neches Intermediate Tribe System, helping students build character, leadership and teamwork while fostering a culture of connection and belonging. That's the spirit of All For One!

Did You Know? TPC Group produces butene-1, one of our many Flexible Solutions and an essential building block used in specialty chemical applications. Butene-1 can be converted into ingredients used in lubricants, coatings, and specialty solvents that help keep vehicles moving and protect the products and structures we rely on every day.

What started as a way to support TPC Group employees facing hardship has grown into something more! The TPC All For One Foundation, an operating 501(c)(3), now supports employees in times of need and community organizations making a difference where we live and work.

As the Foundation prepares to host TPC Group's 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament later this month, we're expanding opportunities to strengthen communities and support causes that matter. Visit our website to learn how community organizations can receive support through the Foundation.

Behind every strong community are organizations dedicated to helping others succeed. Precinct2gether, Project Joy and Hope, PTSD Foundation of America and Segundo Barrio Children's Chorus are among the beneficiaries of TPC Group's 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Whether providing support, encouragement or opportunities to thrive, these organizations are making a difference across Southeast Texas every day.

We're tee'd up for another great TPC Group Annual Charity Golf Tournament and are excited to have Crosby Tugs, Next Wave Energy Partners and Kirby Corporation serving as our presenting sponsors. Together, we are driving a long-standing tradition that creates Stronger Communitites.

When community leaders and businesses come together, meaningful conversations can drive meaningful progress. TPC Group supports opportunities that bring people together to discuss the issues shaping our communities. As a Silver Sponsor of the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce Harris County Judge Debate: A Civic Leadership Luncheon, our employees had a front row seat to a dialog centered on civic engagement, leadership and the future of Harris County.

Three years without a workplace injury calls for a celebration! The TPC Group Port Neches Operations (PNO) team fired up the grills for a sitewide barbecue to recognize this significant achievement. Reaching three years injury-free reflects the commitment, ownership and accountability that PNO brings to work every day and the GoalZERO mindset that helps keep one another safe. Congratulations on this milestone, PNO.

Investing in people helps build stronger communities. The Houston Public Library Foundation, Julie Rogers Gift of Life Free Mammogram Program, Junior Achievement Southeast Texas and Magnolia Park Sharks 11 Foundation are among the beneficiaries of TPC Group's 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Through education, health and youth development, these organizations help equip people for brighter futures.
