Houston Operations gathered for its Annual Emergency Response Team Banquet to celebrate the dedication, training and commitment ERT members bring year-round. ERT members train year-roud to help protect our people, facilities and communities while strengthening our GoalZERO culture across TPC Group. Women driving industry forward begins with opportunities to learn, connect and grow. Thank you to Women in Alliance for bringing together professionals from across the industry to share experiences, challenge perspectives and inspire growth during the Women's Leadership Summit & Luncheon. Our team left with new insights, valuable connections and fresh ideas that help move our business and industry forward.

The impact of our Charity Golf Tournament goes far beyond the fairway. Adaptive Sports for Kids, Barrio Dogs, Corazones of Courage Foundation and Crossroads at Park Place, Inc. are four of this year's beneficiary organizations, each helping strengthen communities across Southeast Texas in their own way. From supporting children and families to connecting people with critical resources, their work creates a lasting impact where it matters most.

Our summer interns had an opportunity to build professional skills, learn from experienced employees, and prepare for the transition from classroom to career during Intern Development Day.
