Outcomes are an important factor for parents in choosing a CDH center to care for their child. It is important for centers to be transparent in center outcomes and volume for decision making. Between July 2024 and August 2025, The Comprehensive Center for CDH Care took care of 39 CDH patients with an overall survival of 97% and ECMO survival of 95%. There are other leading CDH centers with similar outcomes as well. We also know that patient volume is important aspect in survival outcomes. The more CDH patients a center sees, the better they get in the intricacies of managing the CDH patient. No matter where you are considering seeking care, close to home or away from home, we’d be happy to meet with you for a first, second, or third opinion.

We are honored to have taken care of Link at the Comprehensive Center for CDH Care. Melanie endured weeks away from her family to do the best thing for baby Link. We are thrilled he is doing so well!
