This Victorian lady has been vacant for quite a while and patiently waiting for a new family to bring her back to life, I’m incredibly excited that my client is taking on her restoration.❤️

I had the privilege of showing this historical 1898 Victorian lady today. The interior had original door hardware and hinges, original tile on the fireplace, transoms throughout and much more.

The seller (who is the third generation to live there and was born in the home) had the history on a table including photos.
I especially loved the painting of the home that hung in the entryway.❤️
