I came here for a little road, river, and nature therapy. To feel the sun and find a quiet space for my heavy heart. This day is for you, my sweet boy... Just found this out: A driver who hits and kills your dog and flees could face felony animal cruelty charges (up to 10 years in prison) and misdemeanor hit-and-run charges in Texas. The exact outcome depends on what evidence shows (reckless vs. intentional, prior record, etc.)

🌈 In Loving Memory of Denim 🌈
Today my heart is shattered. My sweet Denim crossed the rainbow bridge after being tragically hit by a car yesterday evening. He was more than my dog, he was my baby, my walking buddy, my joy, my comfort, and my light.
Denim filled every day with love, excitement, and those soulful eyes that always seemed to say, “I’m so happy to be with you.” We shared countless adventures, beach walks, cuddles, and quiet moments that I will carry forever.
Though his life ended far too soon, his love will never leave me. I am grateful for every wag, every bark, every snuggle. My sweet boy will always be a part of me.
Run free, Denim. 💔🐾

I’m hanging out at my Auntie’s house today, just chillin’ on my blanket. I love coming out to the country, so many smells, so much space, and allll the snuggles.

Hey friends, it’s me, Denim! I had the BEST time at daycare today! Ran around, made some new buddies, and even showed off my big happy smile.
Don’t worry, I’m staying hydrated and looking cute while I play. 🐾
Hey hoomans… it’s my BIRTHDAY! 🐾
That’s right , 14 years young today. I’m still the cutest, sweetest boy my mama could ever ask for (her words, not mine… but I agree).
I’m the second fur baby she ever had, and now I’m holding it down as the last one still here. Don’t worry, I’m soaking up all the extra treats, belly rubs, and attention.
So if you see me today, scratch my ears, tell me I’m handsome, and maybe slip me a snack… I love duck jerky😁
