Recently, I lost my inspiration. The very will that drives me to write, To smile, To believe. I can’t say I didn’t see it coming But I guess it’s easy to push off the sourness of reality when you’ve created the perfect haven for yourself. Recently, I discovered perception in a human form It caused a stumble in the skip of my walk in life But I’m still alive, Aren’t I? Recently, my inflatable buoyant self was broken. Recently, my inflatable buoyant self was broken. Not burst, but broken. There was no hole to inflate back this time. For the air to fill me up was gone. Recently, I reacquainted myself with me, We seem to lose touch occasionally. But I have come to the realisation that if my ability to make such a small world seem like a large entirety cannot be seen, Then certainly, the phenomenon that I portray is not deserved. Very unlike the usual me; but it was the raw, pure emotion

Vulnerability doesn’t look the same for everyone. It could look like admitting to yourself what will honestly make you happy and then not compromising on it to ensure the happiness of anyone else.

Over the last several weeks, we’ve been exploring the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path. Particularly in the last few episodes ive been exploring one arena of training along this path…training in thought.
So….
I suggested that when you apply your understanding of the Four Noble Truths directly to your relationships with the world and to your relationships with others, thoughts of connection, kindness, and compassion would unfold. We then went on to explore what kindness feels like in our heart and mind🥰
and how we can cultivate and strengthen it. And Ironically Speaking the Truth of the Word of Wisdom Today, i explored how, when confronted with suffering, loving-kindness can easily express itself as thoughts of compassion.
