Mumineen Relief Project (MRP) was founded by a group of individuals interested in assisting the needy and less-privileged in their immediate community. MRP is a non-profit charity incorporated in Houston, Texas. MRP offers many easy ways to help individuals make an impact in their community through their donations. Through your donations, MRP is able to carry out its charitable activities of provi
ding goods, services and funds to refugees, the poor and the homeless in its immediate community. Vision Statement

MRP provides assistance through the following programs:
Welfare Assistance: MRP offer assistance by providing rental assistance, food, clothing, adult visitation and other services including transportation assistance and disaster relief
Health Fair: Designed to provide health care to those who cannot afford medical treatment or those that require cheaper screening. Services include diabetic, cholesterol, vision, and ear screening. Educational Services: Teach individuals how to obtain financial security, career development and health/hygiene education
Zakat Disbursement: Distributes received Zakat funds to qualified individuals in a judicious manner
