Chicken Soup Cookoff

I would like to thank all the judges and restaurants who participated in our Emanu El Chicken Soup Cook Off. Thanks to you we had a record setting date, with about 1,000 folks walking in the door. While the final numbers are not in, we believe this will allow us to make very generous contributions to our charitable beneficiaries. When the final count is done we will let you know. And for those restaurants who, for whatever reason were unable to attend, we look forward to having you at the next event. Be well.

The cook-off Admission is $12 per adult, $5 for children, maximum of $25 per family for all the soup, and snacks you can eat. There will be dozens of restaurant gift cards, cookbooks, souvenirs and silent auction items.

11th Annual Chicken Soup Cookoff The 11th annual Chicken Soup Cookoff will feature approximately 50 soups of all variations, created by Houston's top chefs and restaurateurs. Guests can sample as many soups as they wish and vote for their favorite one.
