Behind every shot is a language most people never see Marks on the floor, arrows, X’s… tape holding EVERYTHING together.
When asked to be part of the show I had no clue how tape was really used in film, so I did my homework…
learned the language and flipped it into my own.
Turned the gallery into a set.
Turned process into composition.

This show hits different, these ladies did an amazing job and it feels like you’re literally behind the scenes.
Plus a ton of incredible work from video + photography artists in film production 🎥

3 years ago I filled the Galveston Arts Center with color. 🎨
Looking back at these photos reminds me how much the work evolves when you keep showing up to the studio. New layers, new risks, new directions.
Fast forward to now…
I’m deep in the lab preparing for my next exhibition, a 3-person show opening in a couple months.
The new work is pushing things even further.
Can’t wait to share what’s coming.

This weekend’s ribbon cutting in Gulfton was something special. Honored to be included alongside an amazing roster of artists bringing new murals to this Southwest neighborhood.
Fun fact, I was actually born just down the street from here, so getting to help spread color and love in a place I grew up around truly feels full circle.
A massive congrats to all the artists, and big thanks to everyone at Harris County Precinct 4 and Houston Arts Alliance for making it happen. Grateful to be part of this one. 🎨💛

Kicking off the year with color, connection, and community!
Just under 100 feet long and 7 feet tall, painted in a week with a whole lotta love. Huge thank you to my lovely lady, .sody for the assist, couldn’t have done it without ya and to for the trust. 🙏🏼 Honored to be one of six artists selected to create murals in Gulfton. The love from the community while we worked, the thumbs ups, thank yous, and conversations, meant everything. This piece was designed with EVERYONE in mind. Gulfton is a true melting pot of cultures, and I hope this mural reflects exactly that energy. What a way to start the year 🙏🏼
