🚛 Now hiring: Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead — Spring, TX

$15 → $22 an hour inside 90 days. In writing, before you apply.

We're not the biggest lawn company in Houston and we're not trying to be. We run a few trucks for clients who pay for work done right the first time, and we're careful about who we put in front of them.

💵 How the pay actually works

Days 1–14 — paid training, $15/hr
Day 15–90 — you run the truck and the crew, $20/hr
After day 90, standards met — $22/hr
Overtime at 1.5× over 40 hours, every stage

⏱️ And then Bonus Hours kick in
After day 90, finish your route in 45 hours and you're still paid for 50 (April–October; 40 hours November–March). Work smart, go home earlier, same check. You earn it by meeting our quality, attendance and safety standards — it's a benefit, not a guaranteed salary.

✅ What you need

Valid Texas license, clean record, trailer towing experience
Real lawn maintenance or landscaping experience
Willing to lead — to correct someone and hold a standard
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

📅 Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. 10 hour days. Year-round work — we don't lay off for winter. Paid every Friday.

⚠️ One honest thing: we hire fast and we part ways just as fast when standards aren't met and training isn't working. You'll always know where you stand — day 14, 30, 60 and 90 — and you'll never guess what your pay is going to be. We want someone who wants to be here in three years, not three months.

Texas Landscape Management is hiring a Bilingual full time lawn maintenance crew member, possibly 2. Located in 77373.

Requirements:
- 7am to 530pm M-F (standard schedule)
- must have valid Drivers license
- must have experience hauling trailers
- bilingual English/Spanish required.
- professional lawn service experience required
- must be able to handle all weather conditions, heat, rain, cold etc...
- must have own transportation and be RELIABLE.
- Must be able to handle to fast past work environment with a full schedule. This is not a laid back position.
- must be able to work occasional overtime/weekends for busy seasons and/or make up days as needed.
- must have STRONG work ethic and HUSTLE. This is a fast paced job. If you do not move quickly, please do not apply. Slow movers simply will not make it and will be let go quickly.
- must have a GOOD ATTITUDE and be a team player, focused on supporting your crew and growing the company
Salary:
$18-$20 starting depending on experience (60 day evaluation period)
Salary increase at 60 days depending on performance and skill level. Only looking for strong workers who are ready to show it
