A successful summer program starts long before students walk through the door.

As we prepare for Learn2Work, we want to thank the Incuentro team for the hard work happening behind the scenes. Ms. Jennifer, Sara, and Lorena have been working around the clock to organize materials, coordinate work jobs, and create meaningful opportunities that will help students build real-world skills this summer.

We could not do this without your dedication and support.

We’re excited to offer L2W at both our Spring Branch and Sharpstown locations and can’t wait to see our students grow, learn, and shine this summer!

Ending the session in Katy with a sweet goodbye from our amazing TAs, Ms. Odessa and Mrs. Rosie.

We’ll miss our students, but we’re wishing them a wonderful summer ahead. We can’t wait to see many of them back in August!

There’s a lot happening in a simple restaurant outing for our social skills students.

Every visit outside the classroom is an opportunity to put weekly lessons into motion in a real-world setting. From placing an order and speaking with restaurant staff to making choices, waiting their turn, paying for their meal, and navigating the small social moments along the way, students get to practice skills they can use every day.

These experiences help build confidence, independence, and connection in meaningful ways.

New fall classes are starting soon, and intakes are happening now. Visit https://socialmotionskills.org/intake to schedule yours and start the social motion for your elementary, middle, or high school aged student today!

There’s something special about friendships that are allowed to grow over time.

Our Spring Branch Teens have had that opportunity this year, building meaningful connections, trust, and community along the way. Game time is just one more way they continue practicing those connections together.
