When you pay a little more because it has a good number and then copart loader driver screws it up

Got an email from Copart saying that my account ( after 20 years ) has been downgraded from premier to basic and shut off my bidding ability, butt.. for $600 they will reinstate it. Basically we're dealing with the mafia or Islamic terrorists. But I give them the money anyway, and I hate to Inform you after getting a nice receipt from Copart for the $600, they still have my account locked out to bidding. They will still let me write checks and make electronic payment from my personal accounts. Such a honest company to do business with.

Copart locked my account because of a invoice from Minnesota charged to my account they couldn't explain but said I owed. I live in Texas and haven't ever had any business in Minnesota. I had 2 units in Houston to pickup, I had already paid for them, have the titles and have paid the storage on them. Went to get them and they moved them to another yard and said I abanded them. How is that good business. Even a wrecker service will hold your vehicle if you continue to pay storage. They would actually love that.

Progressive representative told me Copart has sold 93% of their Houston flood cars.
State Farm said that Copart hasn't sold but 60% of theirs. I'd be talking to IAA if I were them.

They show you a water line indicating how deep water was. But they pressure wash it first, inside and out. Punching holes in floorboards to drain
Water on this unit went over the dash! So DECEIVING!!!

Both units water damaged, not enough to get in drivetrain. Oil drain plugs removed and engine locked up. One was ran until rod broke and came through pan. Copart should have listed secondary damage.

Do you get tired of them damaging your units?

One that Copart loader dropped bringing to load zone. They said hurry up move out. Then they said, you moved you're rig, we're no longer responsible. WTF
