Monica Wilhelm is a Civil Engineer who graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters Degree in Structural Design. For 20 years, she has worked in the construction industry where she has acquired knowledge and experience.

Karin Menegaldo has an MBA and over 25 years of experience in family-owned businesses dedicated to hardware stores. She
was in charge of purchasing, selling and managing the products dedicated to the construction and oil industry.
